Bootcamp

** Bootcamp class is not currently running since my maternity leave & return to work, however please get in touch if you are interested as we may start back up Spring/Summer 2022!**

Bootcamp runs every Saturday 9am-10am.

We use a range of exercises using equipment such as kettlebells, resistance bands and battle ropes along with cardio and body weight exercises to get a whole body workout. (Since COVID we are using resistance bands only, I have a few spares but if attending regularly you will be better with your own set – I can send recommended links)

The class is suitable for all abilities.

Every attendee will be required to complete our Bootcamp PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) beforehand. Please make sure you fill this in before attending your trial session.

If you have a mat or towel you might want to bring this along for the floor exercises.

How much does it cost?

Your first session is free. Please contact me to book on before attending.

Prices after trial session:

£10 pay as you go

£40 for 5 sessions
(use within 8 weeks)

£60 for 10 sessions
(use within 12 weeks)

Where is it?

Sessions are held at two locations:

Rotary Field, Brighton Road, Purley, CR82BN.

In winter months - Christ Church Hall, Brighton Road, CR82BN (opposite the field)

I live in Los Angeles, but while visiting family in Purley over Christmas I found Abbie's Bootcamp on a Google search and booked a spot. In the USA I am a Personal Trainer myself, so I was keen to get a good workout in. I was really pleased that I found this class because it was a good workout but more to the point, it was fun. There where people of all abilities there, all pushing themselves to their own limits. Abbie gave progression and regression so everyone could get the best workout for their ability, and a safe workout. Abbie also had a mailing list to help you with diet, and workout ideas. If I still lived in Purley, I would go to Abbie's class each week. I love going to workout classes and this one was very good.
Thank you Abbie.
