Hi, my name is Abbie and I have been personal training for the past 10 years. I enjoy helping my clients throughout their fitness journey and believe you can achieve whatever you want if you put your mind to it, however far off it seems.

I love seeing the positive changes that my clients make – becoming healthier and happier, increasing confidence and feeling more energetic. My mission is to help my clients get to their dream goal without sacrificing too much of a social life, as chicken and broccoli for months on end is no way to live!

Her enthusiasm never falters and her ability to help you dig a bit deeper when you think you have nothing left is priceless.
